COVID-19 Vaccinations

Based upon my sincerely held religious beliefs as Pastor of GateWay Christian Center,

COVID 19 is a real virus that has the potential to make a person suffer sickness.

​

Through personal prayer, family conversations and seeking medical advice from a physician who knows your personal health history, you should be free to make whatever choice is best for you.

 

It is my understanding that all of the current COVID vaccines were tested using Aborted Fetal Tissue. As a Pro-Life Advocate, using any product that came to be through that means is personally objectionable.   My belief is based on Scripture:

I Corinthians 6:19-20

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body.

My religious belief that my life and body are not my own leads me to reject this vaccine because of its experimental nature and its creation from Aborted Fetal Tissue.

We will not participate in Mandated Vaccination Programs.

It is the opinion of this pastor that the COVID “pandemic” and subsequent Mask and Vaccine mandates are being weaponized to control U.S. citizens and to, among other things, prevent families and churches from fellowshipping together. To that end, GateWay Christian Center will continue to meet and fellowship as we are instructed to do in Scripture. My belief is based on Scripture:

Hebrews 10:23-25

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful;

and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds,

not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

 

II Timothy 1:7

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and discipline.

 

II Corinthians 3:18

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

Finally, should any member of GateWay Christian Center agree with the above as their sincerely held religious belief AND should their employer need written proof of that belief, I believe the above is sufficient. If it is not sufficient for an employer, I encourage the employer to specifically state what they require of our congregation to satisfy their requirements, including, but not limited to a form or affidavit to be completed.
